To create accounts, show profiles, recommend Korean-related venues, display people going to the same K-Spot today, route mingle requests, deliver messages, and keep meetup records tied to public venues.

To protect users through age gates, visibility controls, rate limits, reports, blocks, moderation review, audit logs, anti-spam checks, and account security.

To operate partner promotions, events, rewards, venue analytics, customer support, legal compliance, product debugging, and service improvement.

K-Mingle is not designed for continuous background tracking. Venue activity should be tied to a specific listed K-Spot and time window, not an ambiguous private location.

Other users may see your chosen public venue plan, time window, profile, and intent according to your visibility settings. Do not publish a plan you do not want other eligible users to see.

We show limited profile and venue-plan information to other users so the product can work. Private messages are not shown to venue partners.

Venue partners may receive aggregated or operational information about campaigns, events, rewards, and venue performance. We do not sell private messages.

We use service providers for hosting, databases, storage, email delivery, security, analytics, and support. These providers may process data outside Indonesia under appropriate safeguards.

We keep data while your account is active or as needed for safety, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal obligations, dispute handling, and platform operations.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, private cloud resources, audit logs, moderation queues, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

You can update profile details, language preference, visibility settings, blocked users, and notification choices in the app.

You can request access, correction, withdrawal of consent where applicable, account deletion, or complaint handling by contacting us. Some safety, legal, or audit records may be retained when required.
